For newbies and pro’s. what is the ideal bike set-up for XC riders? in terms of comfortable riding. meaning to say that biking is maybe 50% riding skill and 50% set-up.

In my humble opinion po, I believe there is no “ideal basic” set up for anything if your basis is comfortable riding.

Comfort po kasi is subjective, what may be comfortable to one might be uncomfortable for another.

So the best thing I can say is that you try different setups, either from friends or from the local bike shops, and decide for yourself which is comfortable for you. Then build your bike around your findings.

    Good luck!
